CROSSES
Laser array and sound installation employs negative space as a tool to reshape our perception of surroundings. It fills and empties the room with fields of red light projected from central axis of the room dividing the space and creating changing volumes of intangible shapes with light and darkness.
The installation consists of 16 custom developed and produced devices placed in a row. Each device is capable of projecting laser lines in 4 directions, thus creating volumes of laser fields, which form a shape of a cross with it's negative space.
